    The Goal

    Cuir Ally is a recently launched retail brand that sells luxury leather goods online. Cuir Ally approached Webdefy with the two key requirements:

    • To Build an E-Commerce Website to sell their flagship products, “Innovative Smart Wallets” Online.
    • To Create brand awareness for the smart wallets thereby driving online enquiries, sales to the product.

    How did Webdefy do it?

    For the first Goal,

    Cuir Ally had two great products in their catalogue, Voyager Smart and Stark, which had to be sold online.

    Both the products have unique selling features:

    • “Voyager smart” is a smart wallet synced with the user’s smart phone so your wallet is never lost besides performing variety of cool features like taking selfies by double tapping the wallet itself.
    • “Stark” is RFID theft protected to ensure the wallet is completely secured.

    To make these two smart products stand out, Webdefy knew it had to build a fully responsive web page which is equally smart, vibrant and appealing to all the target market segments and user interaction platforms. Besides, we were also inspired by the simple yet striking features of the product.

    Taking Cuir Ally’s Unique selling features into consideration, Webdefy designed an E-commerce website which is simple yet bold in the appeal. A clean minimal design showcasing the product with bold colors, fonts and call to action buttons welcomes the customers on Cuir ally’s homepage.

    Once the customers navigate to the product pages, Webdefy ensured each page was furnished with solid description of the features in engaging formats: GIFs, videos and images that implores the visitors to spend quality time on the site. A chat option with live support is deployed to resolve any queries that arise for the user with the products.

    The exploded view of wallet is cleverly designed with a drag through iconography(Left to Right Swipe reveals the wallet’s internal view) so that the user gets an exciting experience on the web page.

    Finally, The E-commerce functionality is integrated in the best way to give a complete picture of the product with descriptions, colours and add to cart options. Even if a user leaves the booking page half way, there pops up a quick window to check for the reason and guide the customer to completing the booking started.

    User Experience and Engagement are the key driving factors for greater sales in E-commerce website and for this project, We at Webdefy ensured that the required Website objective was attained to the best client satisfaction with expert developers, designers and smart digital marketers.

    For the Second goal,

    Now that a bold Site is done, what is the next step that can be done to drive more leads and sales for the product? Digital Marketing is the smart answer in today’s world.

    We knew Facebook would be the chief go-to tool for engaging customers with businesses for a luxury and lifestyle sector like Cuir Ally. We do not wish to look at Facebook just as a brand awareness channel, rather a sales driving platform.

    To start with, Facebook page was smartly designed with a striking video of the product in the cover and ‘shop now’ options were integrated. Before the product launch date, we devised pre-launch campaign which included engaging contents and promotions for product and brand awareness. Video Campaigns are one of the best means to increase brand awareness and recall. We used Facebook Video Ads to clearly define the target audience with location and interests.

     

    Our Video Campaign of the Cuir Ally product went Viral. Within a short span of one month into the campaign, we received more than 2 million views which translated into millions in sales soon after the product launch. Conscious care was taken to redirect the Social media promotions to Ecommerce platform for initiation of sale. Twitter and Instagram were also used for tying up the campaigns, videos alongside Facebook.

    Timely promotion of video ads targeted to the right audience with engaging contents and smart campaigns followed up with dedicated product offers from Marketing team of Cuir Ally proved to be the success factors.

    This July 2017 marks a year of association with Webdefy. The very fact that we have continued for so long speaks volumes of the effort put in by Webdefy to satisfy our requirements.
