Use actionable language
Every email you send has a purpose whether it is to direct the viewers to your website or to get them to register for something; you ultimately want them to take an action, mentioning this action in the subject line will prove useful. For example, I got a mail from a design website which said download vectors icons and many more on our website now its free for a week. The best way to make the content of your email more actionable is to use Call-to-Action phrases, you can use phrases like “click here”, “call today” etc. Make sure your Call-to_action phrases stand out from the rest of the content in your email.

Orient your copy towards readers
Use the words “You”, “Your” more often. Don’t just explain the products, features, and services write about the benefits for the receivers of the email. Make sure the content of the email is short and easy to understand. It will work better is you put yourself in the shoes of the receiver and think before you write an email. The worst mistake a marker can make is to try and shovel the entire story in one email, people don’t have the patience to read stories they just skim through emails.
